Each plan includes a set number of questions per billing cycle. If you need more, you can upgrade your plan or purchase extra questions.

If you run out, you can either wait for your next renewal, upgrade your plan, or purchase additional questions.

No, your questions will reset each month. If you purchase a question pack, those questions never expire!

You can track your question balance in your account dashboard within the app.

Yes! You can buy additional question packs without changing your subscription.

Question pricing varies based on the quantity purchased. You can find pricing details in your account settings within the app or at Pricing

We only limit tokens from a fair use standpoint. You'll receive more than enough to explore the app during the 7 day trial. 

If your subscription expires, you lose access to CodePro, and any remaining tokens are forfeited.

No, questions are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.

Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.

Great question! This feature is in development, when it does release you can simply go to the app settings under tokens/subscription and select “Go Annual”

Yes, you can adjust your plan at any time in your account settings.

If you downgrade, your existing questions will remain but at renewal, the number will reset to the lower plan amount. 

Your access remains active until the end of your billing cycle, but remaining questions will be gone at the time of renewal. 

We don’t send renewal reminders or marketing emails in order to keep your inbox clutter-free. You can view your renewal date anytime in your account settings and cancel or make changes at any time.
